Franky is friendly and knowledgeable, and helped me feel at ease during my first ever styling session at Trunk Club (or anywhere else)! She has great recommendations and really listened to my wishes, while suggesting new looks that I would have never thought of myself, but looked great on me. She's great to work with. Franky is a consummate professional and also a great listener. This means she provides excellent customer service with outstanding attention to detail.
